Help Desk Intro

This Pionairs Help Desk has been created to assist Pionairs members to ask questions that we may be able to assist with. Please note that except for web site related issues,all questions are answered by Pionair Volunteers so please give sufficient time for them to respond to you.

The menu items in the left panel will change depending on whether you are logged in or not. Guests or members that are not yet logged in can access items regarding membership information or password resets, while logged in (members) have access to a much more extensive menu choice.

If none of the Menu items apply, please use the "General" menu selection and if all else fails, please email support@pionairs.ca and we will respond to your question.
