Southwestern Ontario District is a very large spread out area, from Tobermory in the north, Kimberly, Kitchener/Waterloo, Port Dover, Long Point, Port Stanley, Leamington, Armstburg, Windsor, Sarnia, London, Grand Bend, Sauble Beach, and many other towns and cities in between. Being such a large area, it is difficult to hold a function that all could attend - some living 2 to 3 hours drive away. Our Coffee Klatch is every first Friday of the month, presently held at Saginaw Golf Club in Cambridge. Aside from July, August and December, we do not hold a Coffee Klatch during these months due to summer vacations and Christmas rush in December. A Spring and Christmas Luncheon is held every year with a trip to Fallsview Casino in the Spring. Every 3rd or 4th year a Grand River Luncheon Cruise is planned. Any Pionair Member and their friends are always welcome at any of our functions. |
