On the Portal - ACaeronet under “News” & “My Retirement” tab For both active and Retirees - we can now post advertising on the Portal (like Craig's list)- how to attach docs and pictures Travel tips - share travel information & tips E-Services - how to send a request or enquiry via email (avoid calling by phone) - change - advise email and register via Hewitt for responses and can be traced with a trace number (this email only has to do with response to requests from Hewitt - has nothing to do with the employee profile or membership database) Family affair ...coming soon - on ETS (employee travel site) for registering C1 passes and other priorities (which have restrictions for booking and changes.etc.) can now all be moved over to next flt and even next day (within 24 hours) should an employee be denied boarding on the last flt. of the day. No need to register over again. (airports will be advised of new procedure - but may not happen immediately as technology has to be changed for airports to do that transaction) Air Canada is working hard to get all airline and partners that have ticket agreement with Air Canada to become electronic. |
