Note: You should know that this offer is applicable to only Air Canada services. For service Other Airlines you must discuss the matter with those airlines directly. Although the Montreal Air Cargo phone contact is mentioned above, one would be prudent to contact the closest Air Canada Cargo Office to where the death took place. It would be expected they may be able to greatly assist in this matter. PRE-SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 1. You must be a member of the ACFamily Network Forums at www.acfamily.net . Ensure that your photo are within the parameters: Max 800pixes wide or high, and max 150 kb in file size. SUBMISSION (We recommend that you submit one photo at a time unless you are familiar with the multiple photo upload function.) 1. Go to www.acfamily.net/photopost/ and LOGIN 2. Click> UPLOAD PHOTOS 3. Select> CHOOSE CATEGORY and sub-category from drop-down the list: 4. Click>BROWSE for the location of the photo on your computer. Once you have located it, click>OPEN in the browse dialogue box. 5. Enter a descriptive TITLE in the appropriate box 6. Finally, click> UPLOAD/SUBMIT button. Repeat this process for further submissions. To delete your submission just login as above; find your photo in the Photo Gallery and select "delete." This is a toll-free telephone information service. It is designed to bring non-email members timely information on various aspects of interest . Taped information is about 3 to 4 minutes in length. It is a listen-only system - no messages can be left. Much of the contents will have been sent via email to those with computers.
