A by-law to amend By-Law No. 1 of Air Canada Pionairs to change the Location of
the Head Office

BE IT ENACTED AS A BY-LAW of Air Canada Pionairs as follows:
Article 1 paragraph 3 of the By Laws, is deleted in its’ entirety and the
following substituted therefor:

“The head office of the Air Canada Pionairs shall be located at 7348 Barnet
Road, Burnaby, British Columbia, V5A 1E4. The Executive Office of the Air
Canada Pionairs will be in the city of area of residence of the President, or as
may otherwise be designated from time to time. Upon each new election of
officers, the Executive Office will be re-located to the area of residence of the
newly elected President.”.
